Very nice stayed here when they 1st opened and breakfast was very nice with different options. Only thing we didn't like were the beds, they hurt all our backs and there was no Decafe coffee in the room.

Most current visit was Nov 2024 and we were very happy that we also recommended this hotel to others while we were all in town to attend an event. The hotel was very well maintained and comfortable. The property was pet-friendly and clean. Special shout out to front desk Mansi who offered excellent customer service. We felt welcomed and we look forward return to this hotel!

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The heater didn't seem to work but it all worked out.

Stayed over the long weekend of Labour Day and the noise around our room on the 3rd floor was terrible. People shouting in the hall, knocking on our room walls and above us it sounded as though people were jumping around and making tons of noise. The staff also woke us up as they were talking loudly outside at the entrance to the hotel which was below our window at 4 am. Couldn’t wait to leave. Left one night early and the front desk told us that they would charge us a late check out fee ? Are you kidding me?
Never have I heard of such a thing. Not impressed.

From our registration to our departure everything was great. Helpful and nice staff, clean, comfortable rooms. All was perfect at that hotel.

Everything is good. Just a little details fix. The sink at the bathroom need a drain. The hanging rack was loosen. The room can actually heat the next room. Other than that people are nice and clean which is most important.

When u were laying in the tub u could see under the toilet rim was not clean at all. Carpets are holding an odour.
