The thermometer didn't work! We even went down to switch rooms... no room available. We asked to have someone fix the therostat and the office said there wasn't anyone that could help. We had a 2 night stay. Froze for 2 days

But keep track of your ice machines.
Not a single one on any floor (I tried every floor) had ice. If they are out of ice. Or out of order, put a sign on them. We'll buy ice at 7/11 to keep our food from spoiling.

Ac in the room didnt work, staff offered to give us a new room but not till the second night, it was hard ro sleep in a hot room

The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants and stores. The bed was comfy and room was spacious. They had a good selection at breakfast as well.

I've stayed here a couple of times this time room smelled like moisture, i opened the fridge to find food had been left from last guest, gave me the feeling the room wasn't cleaned the right way. restroom smelled like urine which definitely let me know the cleaning was not done properly. Wasnt to happy with my stay this time.

Young lady at front desk had a bad attitude when checking in… and they had no bar soap for rooms. That’s a big problem if you’re here for work

Everything was great except for the bed. The mattress was terrible! Needs replaced! The bedding was soft and smelled great, the room and bathroom were very clean.

room was clean, someone spilled a soft drink in the elevator and it stayed like that for two days and also on the third floor right out of the elevator.

Great service, friendly, great accomodations, room size was excellent for our family size. Comfortable, homelike. The tv doesnt work great, but its the provider, not the tv. Newer hotel, 2 merged together, indoor pool (no hot tub/spa fyi), free breakfast which was great, not just pastry and donuts! Excellent stay! Next to green meadows lake with picnic tables, beautiful views, fishing, or just sweet beautiful walk.
