They have been remodeling for several years. We didn't stay here for 2 years (annual trip) and were surprised they aren't finished yet. The upper 4 floors are so rooms are nice. Breakfast is usual but nice to have. Should be finished before this time next year. Will stay there next year but better be finished with remodel.

It was very clean in the room. Impeccable actually. But the elevators needed much attention. Dirt, sunflower seeds and dust bunnies in both of them. The garbage cans outside were over flowing making the added garbage hit the ground. My husband was picking garbage up to help it not look so bad. When we told the person at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders as to say, oh well, not my problem.

This property need too be up dated for the holliday inn standars furniture too old, carpeting smeld hallways stink rooms fhone not working bathrooms old looks please take and concideration i paid omoust $200 for one nigth

It was terrible. The tub had a rust stain in it and the front desk did nothing about it when I complained. Old fashioned air conditioning unit in room do it was hard to gauge the temp. The tv was upgraded so when I asked the front desk how to operate, said he didn’t know either. Front desk was not friendly at all during my 2 night stay.The kitchen staff had no ice for the beverages when eating breakfast.,Said they were out since it was 8:30 am and breakfast was ending at 9. Kids were running in the hallways outside of the room at night. The only reason I gave this hotel one star is because they provide Dove products in the bathroom and IHoP was within walking distance. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I booked 3 rooms. 1 room was allocated at 5th floor which was good. 2 rooms were allotted at 1st and 2nd floor and those were in miserable condition. Very dark lights inside, beds, sofa and carpet was dirty. we requested to switch the rooms which was accepted after one night.

The property was under reconstruction. My stay was ruined with constant smell of paint. There were guest smoking marijuana in front of the hotel at 2 am.

The next door has a dog kept on barking until past 2 am. The hotel should put them in a room not in the middle of the building where more customers are disturbed by the barking.

Bed was very comfortable. In order to get room serviced you must request it. Housekeeping staff was quick and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Pork sausage every day. No bacon.

Like I stated before, the shower head was off and in bathroom sink, we called and told them because we didn't want to think we did it. Fellow came right up, looked at it, said he would need to find a part. Never came back or called to say he didn't have the part. We could see where it had been scotched tape up there. I couldn't take a shower because being handicapped, I couldn't hold on to the bar and shower head too.
