We stayed in 3 different hotels and this was our favorite. Small room but it's right on the river and has the most amazing view of Mont Blanc. Highly recommended.

The hotel was centrally located in a pedestrian zone. We enjoyed sitting out back with the rushing river right beside us. The pool was icing on the cake. Breakfast was great and with a friendly staff.

Incredible location right on the river extremely close to the old town center. The staff are very attentive and professional. There was a balcony in the room and lots of comfy couches in the entry. They stored my bags for free after checkout. So nice!

It was great to have beautiful flower boxes on the balcony overlooking the pool and the river. The bathroom facilities are poorly appointed, providing poor access for standard size adults.

Would not recommend staying here. It is a very old hotel with small rooms, dirty carpets, and uncomfortable beds.

The location is fantastic, and the property was very clean and felt safe. It was also inexpensive relative to other options. My room was absolutely enormous for the price.
The pool and spa facilities listed on the Expedia page were not available during my stay.
The wifi on the 4th floor simply does not work. I mentioned this to 2 different staff members who seemed to know about the issue, and unintersted in finding a solution.

This is a lovely hotel and we would gladly stay there again. However the hotel needs to warn arriving guests about the barrier and intercom preventing vehicle access to the dropoff zone.
