Lovely boutique hotel with direct access to the lake. Very clean and comfotable with polite staff. An oasis of calm next to the legions of tourists in Annecy. A quick but pleasant stop. Would recommend

Property was easy to find and plenty of free parking. Fixtures and environment of good quality and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Safe in room was broken on arrival but fixed the next day. Pool was very clean and great setting but a distinct shortage of sun beds and plenty of space to add a few more. Breakfast and dinner looked very good but expensive so caught the free local bus into Annecy with lots of options

Excellent hotel with very nice and friendly personnel and very nice view over the lake. The restaurant had very good food but if you stay longer you get bored as not to many choises

This property has a wonderful view of Lake Annecy and makes you feel like your outside when inside. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to take care of you.

Amazing view over the lake, staff super friendly with us and the kids, very good food

The property has a great location right on the lake. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. My only negative was there should be more of a selection on the tapas and room service menus. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new. When I made the reservation it was not yet a star ranking and now it is a 5 start hotel and well deserves it. The whole experience from check in to check out was amazing. The rooms have names and not numbers which is a nice touch. The service is great. Hotel still smells as new which is cool. We ate dinner at the hotel, both service and food were amazing. The people are all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice including eggs, vegetables, fruits, serials, juices, pastries and bread and coffee. Everything one needs for a good breakfast. The pool is like an infinite pool, very nice. The hotel was not crowded which adds to a good experience. We left a bag of laundry outside and it was picked up by mistake. It took a simple ask and it was returned free of charge, great service. Overall very good and worth a visit.
