Small room Overpriced No restaurant Loud neighbors above that kept us up all night. Bathroom door lock got got stuck and got trapped inside.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was extremely small with a tiny bathroom with no counter space. No mini refrigerator or microwave or restaurant on site. I should have read the amenities more closely and a the reviews. The location was excellent and the hotel’s decor and feel were also excellent. For the price, it would have been nice to have had a larger room and bathroom and mini fridge and microwave since there was not a restaurant on site. I will read more closely when I book my next trip. Again, the staff was great and so was the location and decor!

The front desk folks at Hammett’s are lovely. We made the same trip to Newport last fall and complained about the terrible water pressure in the showers, but nothing has changed. It’s difficult to rinse shampoo out of one’s hair, so a shower takes a long time. The rooms are very very small, but the location is perfect.

Fantastic room! Comfort, design, eco-friendly. Too bad they don't offer food for breakfast. Valet is very expensive though, could be included in the room cost.

The property is new and modern. Rooms are very small unless you are in a suite. No refrigerator available in the small room. Bed was comfy and location of the hotel was very convenient. The parking was unavailable due to the boat show and we had to park 10 min away. Very inconvenient due to the area being very busy and traffic was heavy. Front desk associate had 0 personality and was not helpful.

No assistance with luggage and the staff was not incredibly friendly, especially considering the type of hotel and the high rate. Room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the ideal location.

Beautiful hotel

The valet was friendly and fantastic. Staff was excellent. The room itself was lacking for the cost, no ventilation in the batnroom made for uncomfortable situation. The outlet by the sink did not work so had to blow dry hair sitting on floor. Small room and a bit noisey. The location and staff were fantastic but for 400 for one night we expected a bit more for the room.

Great place to stay - close to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and got us a reservation at the onsite restaurant when it was fully booked. The room we had was on the small side but clean and comfortable.

Location is key! Liked that we were in the middle of everything. Except for a couple of problems in the room which I reported to front desk upon checking out, we didn’t mind the small room.
