I had a fantastic two night stay at Armistead Cottage. Charles the owner is warm and funny and helpful and an amazing cook. Be sure to have breakfast in the dining room! The bed and breakfast is centrally located, a short walk to the beach and Cliff Walk. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be in the center of the tourist area, but still close to everything. I recommend 100%!

Our stay at the Armistead Cottage B&B surpassed our expectations. From the minute we walked through the door our host made us feel right at home. We were charmed be the decor of each room and the home was spotless.The house is located comfortably within walking distance to the downtown, beach and cliffs. Our private room was very comfortable with modern bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. Our host was very knowledgeable of the town and shared many stories of his interesting life. I would stay here again without thought.

Great location. Not in town, but very close to it. It is peaceful not being in all the craziness of the town. Very nice sized rooms. Owners are very nice and extremely thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast is good. A bery good experience. Will go back again.
