Bathtub had unknown debris in it. There are no bowls, plates, silverware, etc. available. Construction going on at time, so it was noisy and extra dirty. Can only do "linen exchange" between 4:00pm-7:00pm, weekdays. I had no idea and was not at the hotel at the time so I was not allowed to get any towels beside the two (2) main bath towels already in the room. Though their website says they will get them to you. They also charged for my second service dog even though the website and someone over the phone said that 2 dogs were ok (they were both the correct size and weight).

Rooms were dirty and smelled of pets, I understand this is a “pet friendly “ establishment but the rooms smelled bad of pet litter and there was dog hairs all on floor, they were not properly cleaned.

We found a dead roach in the floor if our room! Otherwise room "looked" clean. The hotel reservations person demanded an ID from me. I was not the person who booked the reservation! She then proceeded to scan my passport! I don't even think that's legal! She said everyone who is staying here needs to provide ID.

I’ve stayed in some weird places before but this one was something else. The mist that hits you in the face when you open the room is disgusting. Seriously think I was inhaling someone smokng/ making meth.
On check in I heard someone was “smoking to much meth and his heart hurts” then the ambulance came. The staff was nice only so much they can do. The place is just weird to walk around with all the people there. What the hell extended stay

The toilet constantly ran and was dirty. The floor was dirty and had hair on it. The TV didn’t work, I called the desk I was told they would come and look at it. No one came!

Didn’t like that I paid for my stay which was a Thursday and couldn’t check in until Friday so had to stay the night out in the parking lot. Never received a refund. I don’t recommend this hotel for their poor service.

Many cooking - smells in hall. Dirty mop head left in kitchen sink. Wasn’t very cozy or welcoming- very basic. Many pets around.

I enjoyed it. I stayed a week and one day. No one came up to my room bothering me for housekeeping. I was left to my self which I enjoyed. The front desk people were nice every time I needed something. Overall service and comfortability was amazing, 10/10.

The front desk girl was super cute and fun! Check in was very easy. The kid at the front desk had an attitude. Seemed annoyed that him and a girl had to come out of the back room, when i was trying to check in. Not friendly at all. Room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Overall not a good experience. If i could ask for a refun i would.

The room was OK, if you don't want a convenient lamp by your bed! Only a spot light over the bed when you need a little light on! It is dreadful! Not one dish, pan or anything else to work with that way. The staff was very friendly, though and check-in was easy and the clerk was friendly and helpful. But a few little details would make this a more ideal stay. But if you want a room that is functional and clean, then this works well.
