The room was nice. But the inconvenience of the hotel in a completely different building is confusing especially when it comes to trying to find the hotel registration entrance. The front staff for checkin was ok. Not extremely friendly, didn’t really make me feel like they were happy to assist me. Took me a couple of times asking questions as to where and how to find my hotel room, than was finally given a map with very little explanation. This should be given out having got ask for help. The cleaning staff was the friendliest, so much more than hotel registration staff! I took pictures of slight dangers that were there prior to my checking in in 11/27/2024

Nice casino-hotel. 24 hour restaurant. Convenient location and beautiful scenery by the marina.

Just another business trip. I usually stay in larger properties, but this one worked out well. The photos online didn’t do this hotel justice.

Place is clean staff is amazing I really love staying here when I’m in town for work!! The price is lower then any of the other “high class” casinos in the area but with cleaner rooms better staff and all around atmosphere with none of those hidden resort fees Love the place I’m always sad when I have to leave for work on short notice and they are all booked up

As always, a pleasant experience. Elevators have been redone recently. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. Casino is small and no table games. Also, not enough seats at the bars. Regardless, always my first choice when visiting the Reno/Sparks area.

Where do I start check in was very easy found our room very easy like two feet away from the elevator so we didn’t have to hassle bringing our items up once we got settled in our room it was very clean had coffee set up right when you walk in the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom were clean no smell had excellent water pressure and hot water

Overall a good place to rest your head. The room was very spacious and clean. It was pretty cold outside and the room and beds were also cold, but heated fast when we adjusted the heat. A continental breakfast would be nice as most hotels offer it, but maybe that's a way of keeping costs low.

Pros: -Staff was friendly and check-in process was prompt. -Room was spacious and comfortable. -Price was affordable and did not include a resort fee (although there was a tourism fee) Cons: -My room was on the first floor and throughout the night I could hear the occupants in the room above mine walking loudly throughout the room. I had stayed at Western Village earlier on in the week and my room was on the second floor with no noise issues during my staying. -There are some questionable people that loiter the property in the evening so I was anxious something would happen to my car when I would leave it for the night (thaknfully, nothing did). -Parking lot is a bit cramped and I drive an SUV so backign out took a couple of tries as to not hit any other vehicles and vice versa.

Love staying here, excellent customer service, pet friendly, Clean room, great restaurants, nice man made lake, you can walk around the lake and there is dog park.

It was decent, but they charged me an extra fee ontop of what I understood to be the full price for the room.

Clean, huge room, ample parking. We ate at the Mexican restaurant there at the Casino. It was so good! We hope to stay there again on our way back home.
