The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great.
The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology.

Luke warm front desk reception. Dining area carpet was dirty. Table cloths were dirty. Hair on the sides of the pools. Food in restaurant was good and generous portions. Coffee was great. Relaxing atmosphere.

The natural pools, hotel and rooms are nice.
The pool, restaurant and astronomy staff were good to us.
The road to get there is bumpy, no wi-fi and bad TV image, they also send us to the farthest rooms when the hotel was almost empty.

Food was ok. It was mostly clean. Beds comfy. Would be very hot in the summer. The area was peaceful. The pictures of the termas are photo shopped they are not as big as they seem. It is 2 pools not 1 large one like it shows. Deceiving.

The place might be ok for couples, not recommended for children. The sulfur place look nice but the smell is penetrating. Fresh water swimming pool extremely cold, could not use. Restaurant, extremely overpriced and serve only buffet (4-5 items only). The road to get there one of the worst I had travel. (I drive frequently in to Mexico).

The only good thing about the hotel is the termal pools and it is not very clean, so that is something to think about, no food service (only their restaurant) so if you decide to go there is no restaurants around (the closest is 1 hour away. The hotel where we stayed was not clean in the lobby, their personal did not greet or show any consideration on our arrival, in their minds they are doing us a favor to be there, but I can understand why that is because the hotel is in the middle of no where, if you are not experience in Mexico (be careful, too far to drive and nothing in your way there)

All was ok, the hotel is nice. I think that the restaurant need more options, for example veggie menu or vegetarian optipns.

To begin with I reserved one night only with two bedrooms. Upon arrival, the desk attendant only had one room for me and had to fight to get the other one, even though I have shown them proof of my two bedrooms reservations. Nevertheless, the great taste of the Food, I had to pay the food, thus acording to Termas Hotel my foods were not included in the package where as from beginning I was told by the reservation agent that food was included. Oh and I couldn't iron my clothes since they kept me on waiting every time I needed one. Hugh, what a disastrous reservation night.

It is very right place to take a rest with Family.
I enjoyed hot spring. But children need time to smell of sulfur.

The place is great, even though the service needs a lot of work. The crew is comprised of local townsmen and women with zero knowledge of customer service.
No room service, no attention to needs, complete disregard of what a hotel enterprise is.
