The hotel is in a small town. When you arrive, you park your car and only use it when you leave. Everything is so close. One of the slopes finishes right in front of the hotel. Our view from our room was right onto the 1 slope. Spectacular. The are 2 small supermarkets, each 5 min. walk from the hotel. The meat at the supermarkets were superb. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the indoor pool was nice. Just a bit noisy with lots of children swimming.

Room was very spacious. To change temperature in the room you need to ask reception. Great location right by the ski slope, good ski storage. Little pool, but good SPA facilities - too expensive for everyday use. Bathing caps are obligated, you need to buy one if you don't have! Dedicated staff, good service. From my point of view, towels should not be changed everyday - would be great to have a possibility to say if a change is really needed, especially a hotel of this size should have a little environmental awareness. Large breakfast selection, but some things (tomatoes, pancakes) are out right at the beginning and are not refilled anymore.

Staff very accommodating, great food, large room, very clean, mattresses a little on the firm side. All areas of hotel well maintained. Wellness centre a welcome treat at the end of a day skiing. Able to ski from hotel across a narrow path way down to a 2 man chairlift and ski back to hotel down one of two red runs.

Nice quality hotel with good facilities. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, especially the bar and restaurant staff.

Booked a single room, was given a double bedroom apartment with kitchen (locked). Room was quite basic, but comfortable. To change temperature in the room you need to ask reception. Breakfast selection was slightly unusual - apart from continental only sausages and scrambled eggs, no vegetables etc. Nice packaway breakfast for early departure though. SPA was quite basic, pool and hydro area were on a cold side. Getting to the location may be a bit tricky when it is snowing. Parking inside costs €15, there was a small free parking at the entrance, but it was always full with cars parked there permanently. Parking on the street might attract a fine.

My kids & I loved the hotel and the room. It was new, clean and spacious. We were not happy to hear that the beautiful indoor pool was closed during the summer. Also, the breakfast buffet was very limited and not satisfying for the kids.
