AC is broken and not at all working
Bath room is built in such a way that door glasses can break any time
Really dissatisfied with the room and experience
They have not provided the room that we opted, Istead of quadruple they give 3 and 2 sharing.
Its not at all worth of what we paid for hotel and feel like we paid more money with less comfort and less amenities

There's some ants that i found at the room that i was in. It wasn't thoroughly clean. Overall it was average not good.

Hotel claims to have lost my reservation and so I had to find accommodation elsewhere. Front desk staff were very helpful in locating a replacement hotel, but this situation never should have happened in the first place

Great location, easy access to tourist areas, bars, clubs, downtown, subway station about 5 minute walk. Street is very quiet at night.

I reserved a room for my wife, she was going to stay there for 8 nights, when she checked in they accommodated her in a room with no windows, mold everywhere, stinky, dirty, TV not working, etc….. she had to spend the night because it was late, in the morning she went to the front desk to cancel the rest of days, and we couldn’t get any refund…. That’s stealing peoples money..
Shame on you guys…

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast was good. The location was good and the staff was helpful. You will need Google translate to communicate with the staff if you don't speak Portuguese.

This property is disgusting. I started to feel sick and didn’t know why until I was sick of the room. The windows were not shut completely, which led me to believe that someone was going to enter and try to take my stuff. Nothing happened. However, under the sink, there was so much mold and disgusting things, the air conditioner was not secured to the wall and there was mold around it as well on the furniture had mold behind it. The bed smelled horrible. I left and not fine the front desk of my findings. I don’t believe they will do anything about it.

I went inside the room and nothing looked like the picture the front desk didn’t even look me in the face when he was talking to me and my wife ...
I’ve never experienced such a bad service and disappointed with a hotel in any other hotel...

Overall, very cool staff, but the recepcionists didn't wear a mask most of the time behind de counter.
Breakfest was great, a lot of options incluiding several types of bread, a lot of cheese and cold cuts, sweets, lots of fruits and drinks options. They left some of the food avaliable for guests to eat during the day, which I tought was super cool.
Bed wasn't very confortable, but it was big and clean. Really close to a lot of touristic spots in the city center, walking distance to everything in Lapa.
Really surprising for the price I paid. :)

We do not recommend this hotel for foreigners and tourists from other countries.
The hotel is in centro, which is a "worn out neighbourhood" with shady people around.
Be cautious of walking around in some parts of the area.
Breakfast was boring and no options for vegetarians.

A man who we assume was the manager was rude and aggressive & treated us differently from other guests. We think out of spite he stopped our room being cleaned one day.
The hotel is in a very noisy area- late night clubs and bars. The rooms are uncomfortably hot.
The other staff were helpful.
Breakfasts were just acceptable. Rooms small.
our first room had a hole in the wall.
If you are not South American do not stay here.
