The carpeting was very stained.
Other wise was clean, Food was delicious. Anna was very nice.

We stayed at this location for our 20th anniversary and we can not say enough about our stay. We enjoyed ourselves and talking with Anna. She is so sweet. The view on the front porch was amazing. The breakfast was amazing and was wonderful.Would definitely recommend. A must if your visiting Waynesville.

I had a wonderful stay. It was a quick overnight stay but the hospitality was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing.

Anna is the perfect hostess! She is so personable, and her breakfasts are fantastic as well! We had the pleasure of visiting with her 2 mornings out of our 5 day visit over breakfast and had great conversations! The Inn is well maintained and in a quite beautiful location! We stayed in the Clyde suite and highly recommend it, especially the jetted tub! You can walk out on the front porch and view the town below and the mountains in the near distance! We will definitely be back! Thanks again Anna, for your hospitality! ❤️

This place is a “MUST VISIT” especially if you want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Smokey Mountains, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estate, Asheville etc. This is the place where you get a personal, kind and serviceminded treatment

Anna was a wonderful host could not do more to make us comfortable.
Rooms were big and comfy with a large bathroom .
Breakfast was very nice every morning in the dining room or on the porch .
And so close to Waynesville and the lake.

We were in town for the motorcycle rally in Maggie Valley. This is an amazing place to stay. The location is perfect especially if you are looking for a quiet place to get some rest. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Margaret Mary room, so lovely ambiance. The mattress was exceptional quality and comfort! Sheets like butter! Loved the local soap/ shampoo! Breakfast is important to us and it was delicious ! We also had such a nice dinner there! Unfortunately we left some items and they are gracious to mail them! We will return!

This place is amazing, we felt like home. They were so friendly, kindly. Everything was perfect. The room was amazing, a lot of new features. The view of the city is wonderful. It was very clean, cozy and the food delicious. We will be back soon for sure!

Oak Hill is the perfect getaway! A beautiful & charming B&B, and the rooms are furnished with lovely amenities to pamper yourself during your stay. The staff & owner are attentive and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing! We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

We loved the room and the location. Very short drive to downtown. Very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway! The host was gracious and we would love to stay there again. The only odd thing worth noting were the breakfasts; we didn't know they wouldn't be traditional American meals. Some items had international influences which I enjoyed, but my wife was not as pleased. This isn't a criticism, just an FYI. Other than that, we loved it!
