There was Roaches in the room. The tub filled as the shower ran. Someone wrote on the sealing in the room and they didnt clean it. The wifi was horrble the connection wasnt stayin at all. there was no cereal for breakfasts for the kids. The coffee was horrible and cold. The locks looked broken. When we pulled up the sign wasnt even the same. An Asian worker said its been like that for 2 months already. The whole room was horrble. I will never book here again. I took photos of everything and showed front desk guy the video of the roach. For some reason this app will not let me upload my photos.

The door on the first room we were given didn't close. The door kept hitting the door frame. We were then given the jacuzzi suite "because nothing else was available". The air conditioner was loud and had only one setting; ALL the lamps had dim light bulbs; the batteries were duct-taped onto the tv remote; there was no wi-fi password so we decided to use their business center computers rather than risking our own and their computers were out of order so we decided to wash clothes and the washing machine was also out of order. On the bright side, Bianca on the front desk the first evening, was quick to offer assistance on other problems I haven't previously mentioned here and Antonio (that same night) provided help with the tv. The beds were comfortable; the room was clean and there was a grab bar in the shower/tub. This was our first and last stay at this particular hotel and by the way, good luck with the tv channels.

Great hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has changed ownership. Was extremely disappointed & will not be going back. The service is lacking. Staff does not go out of their way to be helpful. Having to ask for towels and be told they’re in the wash & asked to come back, no cups at breakfast time for coffee and tea…bathtub backing up when taking a shower and left with hair in the tub. When asked if someone could look at it, the response was, “well I’ll have to put in a work order”…we stayed two days and by the end of the second day, we couldn’t wait to leave. Very disappointed.
