I would give this hotel a 0 for service. We stayed here in March and they charged me for a no show fee even though we were checked in. I was able to get it reversed, but it took a lot of phone calls. I decided to give them another try. Last weekend when we arrived, we were told that the hotel had overbooked and our reservation had been cancelled. The clerk was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do. Definitely a NO on my list of locations to stay. I’m not sure what has changed because we have stayed multiple times in the past with friendly service and no issues.

Gentleman at the front desk was very rude, we booked a room with 2 queen beds, we were assigned a room with 1 king bed, we had our 15 yr old with us (and that was stated at booking). He told us to bad you get what I have. Then we got to the room the key would not work, went back & he reprogramed, go back to the room they still won’t work, go back again & he is rude again telling us he just reprogrammed it. Finally the house keeping supervisor stepped in at this point & got us assigned to a room with 2 queen beds, she had realized the had been trying to get into our room for 30 min & asked how she could help. She was very nice & helpful.

My room was cancelled and expedia did not notify me, they over booked it, found out at 1030 that nite and spent 2 hrs finding new room 20 miles away thanks expedia

2nd time in 2weeks we stayed here. This motel and the one in Griffin. The rooms are damp.

The hotel seemed nice enough. The coffee maker in the room had a huge piece of mold float up in the water reservoir. The humidity was out of control to the point that the sheets and carpet were damp and musty.

The bathroom was beautiful, entire room was about the cleanest hotel room ive ever been in. Easy and effortless reservation done via Expedia. My only issue was the woman working the front desk that night whose attitude seemed like i was a whole inconvenience

The staff is always super nice and the breakfast is great! It's in a safe area. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. This is my go to hotel when i visit Fayetteville, GA

Great stay, all-around! All staff members we encountered were some of the nicest of all the hotels we’ve stayed in. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely here again.

Did not originally get the room reserved. First night AC quit working in our room during the night and had to switch rooms the next morning. Second rooms had issues as well but decided to stay put.

It was very nice and extremely friendly folks at the hotel.
