I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival at 12:30 AM, they promptly arranged a shuttle upon our call. The check-in process at reception was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and food. I will definitely be returning!

The staff was by far the kindest and most helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed comfortable, the AC worked great and we felt safe and taken care of. We arrived late at night - first time in Algeria - our flight delayed and luggage lost. The staff welcomed us and helped us get on our way the next day. So grateful for this place and the people working there. The area outside is not conducive for walking around, but that’s just us. We don’t know the language, but as for the hotel itself, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, again.

The hotel was spotless, modern and so comfortable! The staff were also very polite and helpful, and spoke perfect English. Such an easy and relaxed experience. I have and will continue to reccomend this hotel to others staying in the city.

The hotel's distance from the airport is quite close and very convenient. The hotel itself is clean with everything that we requested available. Furthermore, the staff were very hospitable, kind and respectful.

Fate and his well-managed team at the property are exceptionally professional, efficient, and warmhearted. One of my best Hôtel experiences in my global travels … mainly because the interactions with the hotel crew. To say they are the best among the best, is not an overstatement.

They provide instant solutions to all your problems. Especially the female staff named Cacau at the reception does her job really well. Even though we forgot our bag at the hotel, it took 15 minutes to deliver it to us after we called. This was very important to us. If you come to Algeria, it is the best and most beautiful hotel you can stay in. If I come again from now on, I will never go to another hotel. Thank you best night 2 team!!!!
