The hotel was fine but it certainly was not worth $300/night. The desk clerk did not acknowledge me when I came in. I had to ask her where I check in. I gave her my credit card and license and she did not speak one word to me while she processed my reservation. She did not tell me about the amenities or anything else for that matter. I would never go back there and would not recommend it to any of my friends.

I have stayed here at least 3 times and have a had pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and respectful. The food in the restaurant is good.

Very comfortable beds with zen vibe. Staff amazing and ready to make guest experience a great one. Frequently stay here on business to the area. Highly recommend.

It was an alright stay but I've been disputing. Double charge from this hotel since July my bank tried to dispute it but they were not willing to refund me back. I booked my stay here and when I went to the hotel in person they charged me for incidentals plus the stay again unbelievable.

The facility and room were pristine.
The handicap parking was on the side away from the main entrance.
The view was on the backside (but that was okay) as I was resting.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, with pleasant staff, and quick and easy check-in. Beautiful, clean rooms. The beds are oh-so-comfy! But Marco Polo Restaurant in the hotel is an Asian-Italian Fusion...let me tell you! We purposely stay here and eat when we go to Westbury Music Fair because this food is so delicious!! Best Sirloin Steak! Meats over Lo-Mein noodles that are indescribable! Cannot wait for our visit!!

Staff was very nice but place is old and dated. Rooms are old, musty and hardly any air circulating. Very uncomfortable and for the price, definitely not worth it

The room was quite clean, as were the bed linens. The bed was comfortable. The room had a lot of marble in it and looked nice. (Be careful if the bathroom floor gets wet, though -- it can be slippery!)

Breakfast buffet underwhelming seemed food under heat lamps for hours.
But the best was walls are paper thin so we heard every aspect of conversation and the intimate activities from the room next door. Not cool. .

We loved the property but we were misinformed regarding how close it was to Central Park area. Transportation to and from our scheduled events were very high priced.

The property and facility is immaculate and very inviting.
The staff is welcoming and friendly. I had wonder dinners and the service was amazing. Viana is now my go to.

It was very loud in the middle of the night, our room ended up being right outside the elevator and there were 2 wedding parties staying there! It was loud for hours and we were unable to get any sleep and to say it wasn’t cheap to stay there is an understatement. We were very disappointed in our stay!

The staff communication was lacking. We asked for an extra night at same price the front desk staff agreed. Then the next morning the same staff stated no extra night was booked for us and the only available room is at much higher price.
