We arrived late in the evening, waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Checked in and proceeded to enter our room, which was occupied, we likely terrified the person sleeping in the room. Eventually they got us a new room. Front desk person accompanied us and shared that they get a lot of complaints about the new room so wanted to make sure we were ok with it. Wow.

Smoking smells in non smoking room with burn holes in blankets. Lamp broken, door frame around door broken and room phone didn’t work.

Check in was smooth and they allowed us earlier check in which was nice. But during our stay the wifi kept cutting out and there was cigarette smell coming into the room periodically. Wasn’t much for breakfast, things ran out by 7am and didn’t see anyone checking to add more. Only some hush browns (which was very dry) and some super oily bacon left. Later some hard boiled eggs were added I think someone went to the front desk to complain about the lack of breakfast items available. But the eggs were dry and kind of rubbery in texture. We were in the same hotel back in January 2024 and it was totally fine, so we booked it again for this September trip and this time the experience was not good. Not sure if there has been management changes in the meantime.

The manager here is a bit ridiculous. Multiple occasions I witnessed him arguing or being straight up rude to customers. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, showed up at 6pm and the room still wasn't ready so was told to come back around 8pm. Completely unacceptable.
Also couldn't get the TV to work cause the wrong remote was in the room so I called the front desk, manager said he'd be up in about ten minutes to resolve the issue. After about an hour of waiting, I went down to the lobby to find the manager sitting on the couch on his cell phone.
I feel bad for the other friendly staff that have to put up with this dude. He's absolutely ridiculous.

I paid extra for an accessible room ahead ofntime, and when i got there they didnt have the room i paid for available.
So i had to stay on the fifth floor.
I alos asked for my money back to go somewhere else or a discount because the rooms upstairs weren't as much to rent, but i was denied both.

The second time different room, the bathroom was dirty. There was pee buildup around the base of the toilet, couldn’t miss it and you could tell it had been there awhile. Hair in the tub and coffee stains in the sink that it would only take a shot of bleach to remove. Rest of the room was good.

This is my first poor review. I came to check in to find out the guest in my kitchenette had extended their stay so my room wasn’t available anymore but for the same price they could downgrade me to a regular room.. they proceeded to find a kitchenette room that didn’t have a working lock so the front desk had to let me into my room EVERY time. Management originally told me the lock may not be there yet but he’d have it installed in the morning - at the end of each day I was there he said he’d have it installed. The overall room was very run down, dim lighting, discoloured shower, stove etc. I will not be back.
To the credit of the girls at the front desk, they were very polite and tried to be helpful.

We did not stay due to rotten smell and dirty rooms. Manager has 0 customer service skills and this hotel needs a lot of work. Making illegal copy of people driver’s license. Do not recommend!

When we got to the room, no coffee, tv didnt work, not enough (small amount on roll) toilet paper. Also house keeping was only done every third day.
