Fantastic experience ! You will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing and the place is so serene and gorgeous. Their breakfast was amazing! Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Even the pool and Jacuzzi was perfect!
Example of exceptional service by the staff - helped us book for a permit while we were driving to Aconcagua ( we were not able to book via mobile site) + gave great suggestions for an amazing stay. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have made it 5 nights .. Will be back

Menu was fairly limited, however what was on the menu was delicious and perfect after wine tasting during the day.
Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are wonderful and were always helpful- organizing tours or going out of their way to have a coffee and small breakfast ready for us at 4:30 AM before we headed to the airport.

Perhaps what stood out most was the great pre-trip support and communication. They helped arrange tours for us of some local wineries that were off the beaten path and also arranged a tour for us of Uco Valley. While I realize we were visiting during the off season, we were almost always the only two people visiting each winery, and so the wine tours felt private for us and specific to our tastes and desires. We were never on a tour bus or in a car/van with a big label on the side.
That support and attention to detail that the staff provided for us made the experience unique and unforgettable!

Property is beautiful. Overall a fantastic place to stay (just outside of Mendoza city and is in close proximity to many restaurants and wineries). Staff are attentive and friendly. Restaurant and morning breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.

This hotel is to be highly recommended - it was the last hotel on a two week trip around Argentina and we definitely saved the best for last. The service was great and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is great and the last night they suggested dinner in the wine cellar which was fabulous.

Lovely small hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Food was very good. The only caution would be that there is no distinction between rooms with or without a balcony/patio. We wound up in a room without (likely because we requested a twin bedded room).As there are only 2 rooms not having an outdoor space this was disappointing. So specify at booking.

If you are looking for a very cool, boutique hotel with great design, ambiance, food and architecture at a competitive price, this place is for you. It is in a nice neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance, but excellent food right there. Front desk is incredibly helpful putting together day trips. Would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful and very charming and the staff goes above and beyond. The on-site restaurant is also delicious!

It was a good experience, the only complaint is that they changed our room in the last day, because another guest would take our room. It is bizarre, considering they should put them in the room they have put us. As a compensation they pretend to give us a bottle of bad wine, wich we should receive anyway being expedia gold ourselves.

A beautiful little hotel located in agreat location, ideal for exploring the surrounding area and for walking to the local restaurants. The one thing that made this hotel exceptional though, was the management and staff. We were unfortunate to have to be quarantined here (midstay) whilst Mendoza was introducing strict rules due to the Corona Virus. What made this bearable was the hospitality and friendliness of the Hotel, nothing was too much trouble, and even when we were struggling at times with the situation, the staff were always there with smiles and offering to help where they could. Lares de Chacras is really a great place with a great staff. The only thing that we felt too complicate was to go to Mendoza city center. Uber and taxis don't work very well and, one evening, part of the group had to wait almost one hour to get to the restaurant. I recomend the hotel but we felt that we would be more free if we had stayed in Mendoza city center.

Lares de Chacras was amazing - room was so comfortable, restaurant made delicious food and the staff were all extremely pleasant and so helpful. They also had a great complimentary breakfast everyday.

Excellent stay. Their staff is very friendly, helping us organize pick-up and drop-off from the airport. They also helped us arrange a one-day wine-tasting tour to the valley of Uco. The hotel is very cozy also with fireplace.
