Room was clean and comfy. Beds were amazing and warm. Pool was fun, wish it was a bit bigger for more kids to play in. But over all was a great experience.

Lots of noise from ferry riders early mornings. Would not stay there again because of it.

The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The surrounding area outside the property is dirty, has a lot of homeless people and has a very limited choice of restaurants.

Waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes with another customer with no employee at the desk. Finally wandered around and knocked on an office door and found an employee in there. Employee then forgot to program key cards properly. In the room I found a hair scrunchie on the middle of the floor from a prior guest.

Great staff! Room was ok bed was not to comfy but we were only there a night. Breakfast was very well done with an awesome attendant!!!

breakfast was great! Nice and friendly staff! Loved the in-room fridge and microwave. Clean, comfortable.
Kinda pricey for such a small pool and no hot tub. But overall it was good! Thanks!

You shouldn't pay for parking or wifi for the price. The refrigerator wasn't leaned out.

The hotel was only lacking staff. That's probably why no one cleaned the main lobbies and tables in the dining room. But the staff was nice and friendly. If the hotel had more employees they could maintain it and it would look even better.

Friendly serive people. Facility is cleaned. Charged parking. Good size room but furnitures are farily old. Not much of refreshment in room. Large restroom but floor is fairly slippery with tiled floor. Good hot continental brakfast but the room is so warm.

The hotel staff were very nice and very attentive with us, we only encounter one issued, we did not have room service for 3 days, so every night we have to go downstairs and get new towels. Other than that it was very nice.
