In think if it was not for COVID issues, would have been really good hotel. As it was, meh... None of the hotel's facilities were open, breakfast was via room service but was not bad. I paid for a sea view room, which it was plus the view of a ship building yard. Not so panoramic. Location is a good jumping off point for the rest of the coast. Staff is friendly, it is apparent they are hanging on hoping for a good summer season.

Very nice and clean hotel. Though the restaurant was closed beginning of October, the port is just 15 minutes walk and offers excellent dinner.

Amazing hosts, family who run the hotel are amazingly welcoming and made the stay. Great location for transport links; ferry, train etc. Visited Capri and Sorrento which was beautiful however found the most amazing restaurant of all local to the hotel( inexpensive too £6 per bottle of wine £120 bill for 3 courses for 4 people including 5 bottles of wine.) Lovely breakfast rooms basic but clean. Recommend booking, family made the stay with their warmth and hospitality.

Not a 4 class worth. Minibar broken, Not very clean, no terrace on roof as mentioned in brochure because no personnel available. Personnel tries but do Not succeed. A desastre

O hotel em si é muito bom, a equipe muito atenciosa e o quarto confortável e amplo. Mas é longe de tudo. Diz-se próximo a Positano, mas não é bem assim, tivemos que retornar de nossa direção rumo a Sicilia, depois de já ter visitado Positano, para encontrar o Hotel que é ao meu ver mais próximo de Nápoles ou Pompéia. The hotel itself is very good, staff is the highlight of hotel, very helpful, and the spacious and comfortable room are very good. But it is far from everything. It is said near Positano, but it is not so, we had to return our direction towards Sicily, having already visited Positano to find the hotel that is in my view close to Naples or Pompei.

After an 8 hour drive we were told that the hotel air conditioning had failed and we were sent to another hotel. Dining rooms looked like they'd been set for a wedding. Alternative also had a wedding - we were woken at 1a.m. for a 20 minute firework display-then the singer started for a further hour. Terrible

A wonderful stay, the staff were excellent a special thank you to Giovanni in the restaurant who went out of his way to be kind and helpful. A lovely stay, I would stay here again and highly recommend it

COMPLETELLY UNRELIABLE STAFF - one may have the confirmation of the reservation, BUT... the next day they will tell you that the room was sold out already...

Couldn't find the place, bad signage and unhelpful locals. On arrival at 1030pm we were given a bottle of opened still water and charged for it. We woke to a view of the ship yard. No chairs in the room or balcony. The shower did not work, after 2 attempts to repair it, I did it my self. Breakfast was a cheap yougart, a floppy coisant, processed meat and cheese, inedible cereal, nice coffee, horrible milk and jams. No where to eat well in town. No where to walk. We felt thouroughly let down.
