Perfect place to stay and relax

I had an amazing stay at Amadomus Luxury Suites! The hotel is a small boutique property located on the fifth floor of a grand structure in a good location within Napoli. Gisella, who was working at the front desk was particularly brilliant with her service and welcome at the hotel. She was extremely friendly, attentive, professional and really stood out from a customer service perspective. I also had the pleasure to meet Gianluca the owner who was also very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate and shared information on the city. The hotel is also close to some of the special historic streets of Napoli including via dei tribunali which is definitely worth visiting along with many others. The metro station is easy to use and also just outside the hotel which allows easy transport to other sides of the city worth exploring - one to name being Chiaia. The room was very impressive. High quality furniture and very clean. The cleaners and staff at the hotel have done a remarkable job to keep the rooms clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Napoli!

The Hotel was clean great location very helpful staff. Gianluca Amato at front desk was a wonderful host who made great suggestions for dinning and gave perfect directions along with making us feel at home and cared for. The breakfast was great and the air conditioning excellent which was necessary in the 97 degree heat outside. Definitely recommend this place!!

Gianluca is a great host. His small hotel is perfect. Beds are comfortable bed cloths, towels and decorations are perfect and clean

We had high expectations after reading all the excellent reviews of this bed&breakfast. We were travelling with a toddler and a baby stroller. On the evening of our arrival, the elevator broke up and was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are located on the fifth floor of a historical building, meaning a looot of stairs to climb. The answer we got when complaining about this was that there is nothing to do, leaving us to pay full price for a ”luxury” room and sweating in the evenings after having a dinner, carrying our baby and the stroller. We cannot recommend this accommodation if you are not in a good shape or are travelling with kids. There were warnings in the elevator about getting stuck in it so it seems it was not the first time. The room and the balcony were the best part of our stay. And we got some friendly service. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Being able to stay in a beautiful old building like this is a unique experience but selling it as ”luxury rooms” without a working elevator is not fair.

It’s a bit tricky to get to the hotel since it’s inside another another building, but once you get in it’s ok since it’s a very small hotel but the room was wonderful, I rented a suite and I s perfect for relaxing. , it had a beautiful view and a very big bathroom with a very big tub and aver Nice shower, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very complete,

The hotel is located tight across the metro station tha t is very convenient. Staff was vey attentive and gave us a lot of good tips to move around the city. The room was clean, well decorated, and confortable.

Great location in Naples, right next to the Metro. Interesting building - the hotel is on the upper floors so the entrance isn't obvious if you're not paying attention. Good base for walking around Naples. I would return.

Very nice hotel located just next to the metro. Walking distance to all the attractions. The lady at the reception was kind enough to give us advises for the pizza place and I had the best pizza of my life.

An amazing stay, this place is beautiful. The room was modern, clean, elegant, and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities you could want. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and helped us plan our stay in Naples. Excellent location as everything is in a short walk away and close to excellent tourist destinations! 11/10 stay!
