We decided to stay for 5 nights for some winter sunshine. The spa was very good and excellent value for money. The hotel is very nice but would only consider it to be 4 star as some areas of the hotel do need to be updated. Buffet breakfast was great every morning. Olhão is worth a visit for a couple of days, however at this time of year a lot of places are closed

Comfortable stay for a week on a golf trip. Staff were helpful and on the mornings we had to leave before breakfast they provided a breakfast bag. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good and the local town was full of good and well priced restaurants

Great location, lovely hotel, amazing pool deck. Recommend taking a boat trip over to the islands too. Pool Deck Bar staff excellent.

Even though the hotel was quite busy, there was always a table at breakfast and a sunbed available next to the pool. Very near to local restaurants and the little town is walkable. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the sea. The Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy, but fine if you don’t have business meetings.

Came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great staff and a fantastic location.
Breakfast was a disappointing the plates were warmer that the hot food.
But the choice was good. Pancakes were stone cold

This property was very nice excellent location, good view of the water the room we had which was a suite was excellent. Our only complaint was I’m not sure if this was a training hotel for staff staff, but the staff was not knowledgeable of the area or helpful about finding dining or activities

We had a suite which had an adjoining door to another room which was noisy. Shower door was broken and dangerous which I reported on several occasions it never got fixed

A very nice hotel, if slightly tired looking in places. The staff are excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The food we had was good, plenty of choice on the lunch menu and for breakfast. Cooked well with fresh ingredients. The hotel caters for all our needs and more. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice clean organised Hotel - Breakfast excellent - plenty of staff on reception and found them all to be very helpful
Young lady on seperate tour desk is not happy in post. No smile, poor information and poor eye contact.
