Loved this place! It’s a 3-minute walk to the boardwalk area so the location is ideal. The cottage itself was really cute with a small screened porch area to sit and enjoy and each cottage had outdoor Adirondack chairs as well. Much more enjoyable setting than a traditional motel room. Because the cottages are free-standing with no common/shared walls, there are windows on all sides that let the light in (but solid curtains for privacy).
WiFi worked great. Got a little chilly the first night and the heater warmed up the place just fine.
The family that manages it lives on site and were so friendly. They clearly take pride in the property. Great coffee house is a 5-minute drive to Laconia and drive runs along the lake for a gorgeous view.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get a lot of hotels on hotel.com. I’m starting to question the quality of the hotels one channel on the TV cold shower in the morning. It was cold no heat one Tiny little spread on the bed. Not happy will never stay there again

Nice clean cottage, simple stay with my young son. Only downside is at bedtime we realized there was no heat/no heavy blanket and it was a rough sleep. Crazy cold early october mornings up North.

The owners of the property were fantastic and extremely accommodating. We thought we were not going to be able to arrive as originally planned and the owners worked with me to make our arrival and check-in quick and easy!
We also asked about spare chairs to take with us to the Block party that was happening and they were so gracious and helpful and loaned a couple of their personal patio chairs to us which made our experience that much more enjoyable!!
We would definitely recommend this motel and we will definitely be back!

Great location. Super quick walk to downtown area. Your typical motel vibe. Parking was easy onsite and access to the pool was nice. Would stay there again!

The bed was very uncomfortable and moved every time we moved, the front screen door sticks, the front entry door has a 1-2 inch gap where you can see outside. The cabin smelled like mold.
There were not blinds and curtains on every window and the office light was shining in our cabin all night. The bathroom is terribly small. And the door does not lock or shut.
