The room/bathroom was clean and fine. The basic amenities were available. The location is great in the airport after the security check zones. Ideal for a good night sleep when you have a long stop over, in our case 13 hours. The airpoirt indications where the hotel is located are great when you come from one side but from the other side it is not ver clear. The expedia indication take the elvator next to swarovski shop is outdated. The shop is gone.
The expedia indication that "The receptiemedewerker staat bj aankomst op je te wachten is gewoon onzin". Zit niemand op te wachten maar is gewoon niet waar.
Nobody in the hotel asks for your boarding card.
The option to pay cash at arrival was available. It only about USD 100 more expensive than by card. The staff did no know why when I asked.
Dinner option at the Sao Paulo airport are limited to fast food and fast food plus. After 20:30 it us really poor.
Breakfast was fine and we continued our journey well rested.

The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The airconditioning was very noisy. The breakfast was OK, but the pastry of the chocolate tarts was stale and there was no tea offered, only coffee.

Great place! I think the directions to get there should be more clear and also need more signage at the airport. Airport staff isn’t aware of the location!

Be Warn. I booked the hotel thinking it was a good choice but no. The Hotel is in the Departure area of airport but if you can't go there, you'll miss your check-in date. I couldn't go to departures cause I needed a barding pass to get through security but the airline wouldn't give it to me. So, I missed my check-in date and had to get a Hotel outside the airport. And after repited fail attempts to contact the property, I don't know if they are going to charge me for the booking.

This hotel is in the airport and right near the gate I needed to go to in the morning! Staff was amazing front desk breakfast and bar housekeeping as well the rooms were spotless! Only reason I didn’t give facilities 5 is the shower didn’t drain well and the air seemed not so fresh in the hotel but other than it’s perfect

I was told I had to leave and pick up my luggage and then could not even get to the hotel for the 8 hours I wanted to sleep there. There was no one answering phone and I had to buy other accommodations. They refused to refund. WORST EXPEDIA EXPERIENCE EVER. Avoid.

The hotel is located inside of the terminal, which is very inconvenient. We had to go through customs with our bags just to enter the hotel area. The next morning, we had to go back through customs with our bags and check them in at the terminal. It was an awful awful experience..

Imposible to find the Hotel. You have to check in first and that doesn’t leave you with time to:
1.- find the hotel because signs don’t work
2.- you only get nearly 3 hours before boarding

Address of the hotel was confusing. Either it was within Terminal 3 or it wasn't. We were given an address outside the airport but we never got there. Also, we were told that a shuttle bus was part of the package. We waited for that bus for 30 minutes and it never showed up.

The rooms are decent size but not sound proof I could hear everything the people in the room next to ours said. Ok breakfast though the time available should be longer on a transit hotel. I was asked 5 reais=1 euro for a photocopy which is outrageous.
