The property is extremely rundown, with showered, that does not work properly, mold, growing in the corners of their shower cabin. In addition, it does not have air conditioning, which was not mentioned anywhere. We were unfortunate to visit in the hottest time of the year. Despite of the fact that we told them we need to move out immediately in the beginning of four days stay, the staff was extremely unhelpful and refused a refund. We had to file a dispute with our credit card to get our money back.

There’s nothing like having a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance but having peace and quiet of a nice neighborhood. The metro station is super close, and the staff are warm and friendly.

Next door to a large indoor and outdoor market. 5 minutes walk from metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly, professional and welcoming. Very accommodating

No escalator in the hotel, if you have heavy luggage then taking it to the second or third floor is a pain

It was ok, but very tired and dated hotel. Shower was in the bath, but no shower curtain on the bath. Bed was uncomfortable.
Weather was torrential rain, so didn't explore the area and was therefore forced to eat there, which I thought was going to be not so good based on the general appearance of the hotel and the restaurant (more like a locals bar). BUT... I have to say, the meal was very good indeed and I would recommend it. I had the steak.
Breakfast was poor however.

This hotel was Convienently placed , friendly and helpful staff. Room was basic, but clean.Stairs were narrow and there was no lift. If you are looking for a budget hotel near to the tourist attractions then take a look at this hotel.
