Great location across from ferry dock and short walk to cruise ship dock. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Rooftop bar was nice. Great salad in their cafe for lunch. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning in room worked great. But there didn’t seem to be any A/C in the lobby. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff and clean room. The only negative thing is dinner. We planned to get food from the city center, but no umbrella was available for a rainy evening. We were close to getting a taxi and we didn't want to get soaking wet from the rain😓

This hotel was probably quite fancy once but has seen better days. The room was huge but reasonably basic, and the pool was out of order — I got the impression it had been that way for a while. This was really disappointing as we had chosen a hotel with a pool specifically for our last day so our kids could enjoy a last swim before flying home. We ordered a taxi for 6am but it wasn’t ordered and we had a reasonably stressful dash to the airport to make our flight. It also wasn’t a cheap option: there are better hotels in Papeete for the price — check them out first.

The property had been recently updated. The staff was extremely helpful with my wife and our situation. Super friendly, very polite and positive.

Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Could easily walk to the main market and other shopping as well as the waterfront promenade.

Arrived after dark, quick 4 miles from the International airport. Clean, modern, friendly staff. Good breakfast in the am. Our suite slept 6, was safe, great location near water, parks, local shops and boat docks. Great place.

Nice room but there are no outlets in the bathroom to use your curling iron, shaver, etc… Lighting is minimal in bathroom as well.

The check-in went well, the staff was courteous and we got our keys quickly. The room was large and at a higher floor (5th). The hotel is not new, and it shows in the bedrooms, some water damage on the ceiling but nothing bad. The real problem came when we tried to sleep at night. We only had a few hours between our arrival and our plan departure. Unfortunately we could barely sleep due to the street noise. The room was facing one of the major avenue, and even at the 5th floor, we felt like we were in the sidewalk with motorcycle and cars racing all night long. We unfortunately can't recommend staying at this place as it failed at its primary missing, get us some sleep.
