The staff were very nice and quick to serve. The room was excellent with a nice sectional that doubled as a pullout bed if needed. A separate office space area. Loved my stay!

For what it costs, water should be provided in the room. I find it unusual that it was not. This small gesture would have made my experience so much better.

Stay was decent. Room seemed clean and breakfast was decent. We paid a little bit extra for a high floor, however, when we checked in we were put on the 3rd floor of the 6 story building. Didn’t seem like a high floor to me but I am not a confrontational person and didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and decided I would ask about it when we checked out.
When we checked out, I asked what was considered a high floor and the employee stated floor 4 and above. When I told them that we paid a bit extra for a high floor and that we were put on floor 3 they proceeded to state that they were sold out last night. I informed them that we booked a couple of weeks ago and their response did not make a lot of sense as it was something about having to move people around due to being fully booked?
Anyway, there was no offer of reimbursement for the extra that we paid. So basically they advertised a higher floor, didn’t follow through on that promise and then got to keep the few extra dollars we paid. I would not have booked for a higher floor had I known it was not guaranteed. I know it’s only a few dollars more but in this economy? I’m not paying extra if I’m not getting that extra.

Absolutely the most helpful and polite check in. Front desk was so helpful, polite, and funny! Very nice and efficient! I can’t say enough good things and I hardly ever do reviews or surveys.

I must say for the price, this is the place to stay, beautiful and safe neighborhood, the hotel is very very clean, excellent customer service. When asked for food recommendations, they were able to provide several places to select from, very personable staff from housekeepers to management. Only thing I would change is the continental breakfast: it should be until 10:00. Many people are traveling to attend late night venues so a bit later breakfast would be good. Check in and check out is very smooth. Under cover parking right across the street is a huge bonus for rainy or snowy weather. Will definitely be staying here again when we travel to Columbus!

The room was quite expensive and had no safe or microwave. No safe is an issue since their policy is to enter your room each 24 hrs even if the do not disturb sign is on the door.
