Make sure you catch the right shuttle from LAX. We got the wrong Hyatt shuttle & was dropped at a parking lot by a rather rude driver who told us to walk. He finally agreed to take us back to LAX where he flagged down the right shuttle for us.
Room lighting is very dim, hard to see anything!!

Exterior looks newer than the dated room. Location is near to lax and shutter service is provided. Though the bus driver service could have been better. Demanded tips for helping to bring the luggage down from the bus even though you didn’t need their help

The hotel itself was great—but I had my mother with me who requires a cane and limited walking. The hotel does not allow drop off close to the lobby—even for handicap so if you need to be dropped off at the door, its further than being dropped off at the curb at the airport and going to your airline check in counter.
And yes, asked if was possible to get closer and was told no.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, free breakfast in the a.m. is pretty good. Staff are genuinely happy to see you and guide you.
When we checked in I said it was ok to clean the room on the third day. I stopped at the desk on our way to dinner to take sure someone was coming to clean the room and bring towels. We got back to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned and garbage overflowing. There was a stack of clean towels on the sink. Not happy about no cleaning
for 4 days. Happy about clean towels.

The room was clean, no musty smell, updated, and had a FULL shower door (I hate the half shower doors where you freeze the whole shower). I wasn’t sure where to book reading reviews for hotels in this area, but now I can confirm this one is good! The only issue is that the fridge in the room is so tiny you can’t really put anything in it.

It's clean and comfortable and good enough for a quick overnight before our flight the next morning. If I was staying longer I would upgrade for a little more room, a real window and a bottle of water would be good.

Phone in room did not work, the coffee cafe downstairs had no coffee only decaf when I went to order and then I noticed that you add 18% to all the orders that is given to the employees, not my problem and I will not pay for that.
