It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodations were basic, but totally fit our needs of a quiet and comfortable overnight stay. The bathroom was clean and newly updated.

Nicely renovated retro style motel. It was cool to learn it was originally designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright with pictures of the original plans in the office. Very clean, comfortable room, the breakfast had very good options for a contentinal breakfast and the homemade banana or lemon bread was delicious!

This is a gem in Blanding -- very functional and comfortable. Big shower and lots of space. Will stay again.

Older motel right off the Main Street in Blanding. Quaint smaller motel with 17 rooms. Our room was in great shape, comfortable beds, good water pressure and lots of hot water. They texted an access code to get into the room. Didn’t have to go to front desk to check in. All the staff was friendly, has a self serve breakfast area that was sufficient. It was definitely worth the price and was a great stay. Rooms aren’t huge but for Blanding I would recommend it to travelers. We were there two nights and felt comfortable, safe and it wasn’t noisy. It was nice not being at the other hotels that had lots of off roaders with their toys.

Expensive for the location, room size and breakfast. The TV was a pain to figure out, even with directions left by management.

Check in was easy, the room was of good standard and the bed was very comfortable, would recommend it as a place to stay.

Built in the 50’s but has been totally remodeled and modernized. Clean and quiet with a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again

The room was clean and recently repainted inside. The bed and bath were good. I was surprised by the lack of breakfast and the TV options (we left before the bag breakfast was available). I never saw an employee of the property, so I can't comment on that part.

The room was extremely clean and provided with all comforts, that was the very first property where my husband and I experienced to sleep on a foam mattress, it was a plus that we never encountered at any other business hotel or luxury motel, it was just great and very much appreciated! The local municipality should better take care of the area where lodgings are located, Blue Sage and Inn definitely needs to be furtherily motivated by a better landscape and a few more shops around. Anyway, we are rating 5 with congratulations to the business owners!
