I liked the spot where it's located. everything it's close to this hotel. I do not have any complains. Loved it for their friendliness. I would go back again.

Good, clean hotel with comfortable beds and lots of hot water for the shower. Spacious, modern rooms. In-room safe. Would stay again.

Very hard beds. Good location for walking the square and the market and bus to mineral del Monte. If your room is facing the square be prepared for a lot of street noise and the clock dings every 15 minutes so if you sleep light bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

That clock would not let you sleep and the music from the club near by would be so loud that you can hear from your room i would never come back here

You could not get closer to downtown Pachuca if you stay here. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Pachuca.

Great hotel and location. Just be ready for the clock in the square to chime every 15 mins.

Loved its central location, staff were very friendly and willing to assist, very knowledgeable of the areas.....

What a great location for a hotel! Our room faced the Monumental Clock, so not only did we have a fab view of the plaza, we also heard the clock and concerts throughout the day and night.

Te he deal I got on the app was decent given that it was Christmas Eve , the hotel itself is quite small and one must go to another hotel to use the gym as well to get their breakfast which is included in their fee , other than that the place is pretty clean but to my liking a bit too pricey for what it actually is

Great, comfortable bed. Staff did OK, but seemed confused on offering any info about the area/attractions/transport/etc.

Good things: The hotel looks recently refurbished, it is clean and the service is ok. Location is great, just in front of the park. Check in was easy, no issues at all with our reservations. Not so good things: the parking lot entrance is a high ramp, my car wouldn’t pass through it (seems like only SUVs could pass), so they took the car to a different parking lot about 2 blocks from there. The room was too cold (colder than outsides), although they gave me an extra blanket, which was enough. Bad things: The cleaning personal made a lot of noise in the hall, they wake us up around 9am. We were there for a wedding and went to bed late, so we were really tired, but we just couldn’t sleep anymore with all the noise.
