Very poor custuner service , we had a resevation and beacuse of weather condition we couldnt flight there and they didnt change our resrvation neither refund part of cost of the stay

Room is great with awesome views. Would definitely come back. My only gripe would be the TV's only work for a short time then lose signal. Channel doesn't matter. Alsmost like they are streaming with bad internet, but the channel doesn't come back. Food is amazing on the 1st floor restaurant. Area is very nice and close to everything.

It was a great property to stay at the night before my cruise. We choose the 2-bedroom suite, and it was nice for my party of 6 as it had 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms. The only downside was that in the morning they started construction on the lot directly in front the hotel but still not a deal breaker as we were leaving. It will suck once that new building project is complete because the hotel will lose its view but still a great property.

The reservation I made somehow was in their system under my wife's name. It took way too long to get this sorted out and I wasn't confident that they were going to be able to locate my reservation. Also, we found that due to language differences, it was hard to communicate with staff on certain issues. Our room was fine and their breakfast service was nice.

This hotel is beautiful and the view is BREATHTAKING! Currently there’s construction right next to the hotel but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast was ok, nothing to rave about, but they did have hot and cold options. I liked that Wendy’s was a 4 min walk away and open till 3am. It came in clutch after a long flight. There’s also a Publix nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Great area. The staff at the hotel were kind and friendly. Worth every penny.

The suite was nice but our tv was broken in the bedroom area. Though we called down to guest services and they were willing to change our room. I felt like they should have known that the television wasn’t working before they put us in the room. Also the breakfast options we not good at all. It was to many people in such a small area trying to eat breakfast

I arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM, aware that check-in time is at 4:00 PM. When I first approached the front desk, I was informed that my room was not ready yet, which I completely understood. However, when I returned at 4:00 PM, I was told that a few more checks were still being done on my room. While I appreciated the complimentary item offered from the bar, over 20 minutes passed without any communication, and I had to approach the front desk again to inquire about the room status. It felt like if I hadn't taken the initiative to ask, I might not have been informed promptly when the room was finally ready. Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find that it was not up to the cleanliness standards IHG promises. Several areas appeared to have been missed during the cleaning process, which is quite disappointing given the brand's emphasis on its "clean promise.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel sent up a lovely charcuterie board for my husbands birthday I thought that was such a wonderful thoughtful gesture. The hotel was clean and close walking distance to many restaurants. We will visit again

Room was filthy and they did not respond when I politely asked them to clean it.

Overall was a good experience for family trip! Just couple of details that need to look, for example our first night, the bed sheets has hair on it a lot, was a little disgusting, second our tv was broken and didnt work. Breaksfas was ok, need more varieties you cant give scrambled egg and also biscuit with eggs, need to be another choices, and ran out of food really fast, if u start with plain bagels you need to finish with plain bagels.
