The staff at the desk seemed genuinely glad to see us arrive and check in. She made her best effort to accommodate changes I requested at the last minute. Further, installing a second television in the apartment on our arrival when I inquired for it, as we had thought there was one. The premises was quiet, well heated, well furnished. There was plenty of space in our (2bed 2bath). We had plenty of kitchen items, towels, spare blankets and pillows. The linen seemed well laundered, fresh smelling, with no stains.
My only feedback would be for some tissue s to come standard in the apartment. There were no tissues which was frustrating. Especially being winter. The pool area was clean. The pool water fresh and clean, not overly chlorinated. I could not access the gym (at 5:30pm) as the door seemed jammed shut, however I did not have time to follow this up. So I can not comment on if this was my mistake or if the gym was shut due to there being severe storms.
The local area (the quay and wetlands) are stunning. Some of the most beautiful lands I have seen.

For the five of us, it was perfect. Plenty of room, communication with the resort was fantastic. Made the stay seamless. Wish we had longer to stay.

Check in was easy and convenient. House was spacious for a family of 5 adults. It was a pleasant stay.
Didn’t really like the centralised air conditioning system as different family members wanted different temperatures in their respective rooms.

The apartments are aged and tired, unfortunately the shower was mouldy, cleanliness of shower and spa can be improved.

I loved the options for the villas, having the ability to have our dog with us was absolutely awesome. Lovely welcoming staff and wonderful facilities available. The jetted bath was wonderfully luscious.

This is a resort for screaming kids! Which is ok if you have kids with you.
We didn’t!
Our apartment overlooks the spa and pool and there is no real privacy unless you keep the blinds closed.
The place is clean but overpriced for couple wanting a quiet weekend away.

Slightly dated but still very nice accommodation in a lovely area. Staff are helpful and friendly. The property is close to a restaurant and brewery which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Suggest locating these bins away from pathways and accommodation and suggest these bins are cleaned on a regular basis. We were very surprised that there are no general recycling bins.
