I loved everything except the humming sound coming from outside my window. When I looked out there I saw the whole heating/air-conditioning unit on top of the roof below and the fan were making a loud humming noise and it made it hard for me to fall asleep with that sound.

Front desk staff is amazing. Large free breakfast in the morning with tons of selections. Room was ok size. Only complaint was rack in shower had a bunch of rust and needs replacing.

Everything was awful because my event cancelled and I was not allowed to reschedule my reservation so I did not get to stay at your facility. I would have liked to have my reservation turn over to when the event will be rescheduled.

Beds sunk to the middle a little bit. Very close to the marathon start and finish line. Very convenient. No microwave in room. Staff was friendly.

The stay was for the Des Moines marathon. Room met needs, service was kind. The room had a pull out bed...there were no extra pillows nor blankets in the room. No late check out due to how many people were occupying the building. Showering after a marathon would be so great.

Breakfast was very mediocre. Hotel not full but put us by ice maker anyway. Gave us wrong room at check in. Hallway was noisy.

Wonderful hotel except for the elevator. Why would only one elevator work when there were 4! Sunday morning was a nightmare trying to leave! For that reason I’m not sure I would stay here again and I plan to visit often because my grandson is at Drake

This hotel is crazy expensive for what you get. The room was outdated. Not the cleanest. Breakfast was terrible. All of the hot food was cold.

Bed frame creaked loudly with every movement. Pillows were so soft as to be nearly non-existent. But shower was nice.

The hotel system and Expedia specifically weren't communicating so it took a while to find our reservation and get us into there system to give us a room
