They are renovating the hotel but are doing a great job. Breakfast was very nice.

The suite we had was a wonderful reprieve from our journey. We got in at 11 pm and the staff was great to deal with. They were so helpful and we had one of the best sleeps. Suite was clean and the shower was fantastic! Thank you! We will be back!!

I liked the jacuzzi in the room but is missing some pillows and it took away a little bit from being able to relax and enjoy. I found the front desk staff to be on their cell phones and gives you the feel like your bothering them when they had to put their phones down to talk to me.

Front desk agent was very rude when I checked in. Hotel is dirty. Rooms are filthy and not cleaned. Tub was filthy. Overhotel is dirty. Old and falling apart.

This property is a good value for the money. The rooms are unspectacular, but are clean and quiet. It’s also very conveniently located on the TCH. I’ve stayed here twice on cross country trips, and it’s definitely the best deal of any of the hotels in a similar price range. Would stay again for sure.

The staff were courteous and helpful as well as pleasant. The pool and hot tub were both working and in good repair. Clean towels provided at poolside. There was lots to choose from for a hot or cold breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling such as ourselves.

The stay at the hotel regarding the staff, cleanliness of the hotel was good. A bit of attention to a few small items which could lead to problems need to be address. Painting and upgrades to to grounds and common areas will make a difference with overall experience of staying at the hotel

Second time staying at this location. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Help me understand a situation I wasn’t familiar with. Room was clean and beautiful. Very quiet. I’ll definitely keep coming back when I can!

Overall, we did not have a good experience with our stay. The room smelled musty, the shower didn't work nor did some of the outlets. When we tried to shower in the morning we learned that it was not working. Called for Maintenace and was told not on site but would be in 30 minutes. Waited over 2 hours. Finally called front desk and had them come to the room. The person confirmed the issue but was unable to do anything, He said he called their manager and was told they would look after me on my next visit, I said that was unacceptable and needed a resolution as we needed to get back on the highway and none of my family were able to shower nor did our phones charge. After a lengthy discussion, the front desk person said he would contact the manager again, he would call me and I would not be charged until we spoke. I waited 48 hours, saw the full price of the room was charged to my credit card and I received no call. I then called the hotel and spoke to the same front desk person who confirmed the issues in our room and was told - maintenance went to the room and said there were no issues. No apology for not calling me, no acknowledgment that he himself had seen the issue, I again replied that this was unacceptable and asked the manager to call me, The front desk person said he would contact the manager and call me back. This time he did call me back and I was offered $20.00 off the room cost. This was another weak attempt at customer service. I will never return!
