Really fast check-in, friendly staff. A bit in doubt about the check-in procedure beforehand as the description of the booking says you need to contact the hotel in advance to get the instructions but there's no contact information to do that. At the same time one receives an email saying the reservation is secured and you don't need to do anything else. The room itself is quite small with oldish furniture. The carpet on the floor was dirty and that could be noticed specially in the corners of the room. The air conditioning unit could use a cleaning round as the filter/output was full of dust. The door was missing the outside door handle. Bathroom facilities ok. There was no soap in the dispenser above the sink. Considering it is a 1 star location and the prices are ok I would say you get what you pay for.

Excellent value! Third time stayed at this hotel, conveniently located by a motorway exit at Montpellier. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They provide a good value breakfast. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. There is easy parking as well. In addition, there are a number of reasonable restaurants nearby, some even open on a Sunday evening. Tips: take a multi-power socket extender as there is only one plug on the desk. There is drinks machine & microwave oven in foyer but no kettle in room.

I had no problem checking in. My room was ready when I arrived. I had no complaints throughout my two-night stay. Checking out was fast and easy, too.

Rooms small which reflects the price. Breakfast is optional, basic but fresh. Manager/owner (not sure which) very pleasant, welcoming & helpful. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL MANAGERS. BUFFET BREAKFAST FOR E5.5 EXCELLENT VALUE, GOOD SELECTION OF FOOD. ONLY 5MINUTE WALK TO EXCELLENT TRAM SERVICE INTO MONTPELLIER, PLENTY OF OTHER EATING PLACES AROUND HOTEL PLUS SUPERMARKET.
