We were upgraded to a balcony room which was magnificent We have a small dog and a bed for her was also provided Very comfortable hotel which catered for all our needs Staff excellent Breakfast especially good Nothing negative about the hotel at all Will definitely revisit Thank you Staff

Beautiful hotel with lovely views. Room was lovely clean and comfortable Breakfast was delicious with everything fresh and all staff we encountered were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t have wished for a better few days. Well worth a visit we would definitely recommend it

The hotel and its staff were excellent. The only issue we had was the shower was too small. Approx 2ft square. Apparently it’s only the river view rooms which have a larg er shower. My advice is book these rooms only.

Would have been helpful on arrival if the car park was signed as the one for the hotel. The restaurant food was excellent and lovely situated by the water.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff, relaxing atmosphere, amazing food and menu choice, plenty of vegan/vegetarian options and a wonderful view of the Broads and the boats.

Well appointed, cosy hotel with a nice ambience. Rooms well thought out. Comfortable beds with good quality linen and pillows. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Public areas weee stylish and comfortable. Restaurant food overall exquisite with plenty of choice and gluten free options. The only minor negative - there was no USB point in the room

The room was very basic, meaning no air conditioning, no telephone, no room service, not even a wardrobe, just a hanging rail. The bathroom was so small, however it did have a big shower cubicle too the detriment of the rest of the room, and it certainly would have helped if the fan had worked. Breakfast buffet quite good, however the cooked was less desirable.

We've just had a fabulous 6-night stay at Hotel Wroxham. The staff, food, decor and position overlooking the river, are second to none and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony watching the boats coming and going. From the outside the hotel looks quite ordinary but as soon as you step into the reception area you are greeted by friendly staff, in a calm and stylish ambience. The balcony rooms are certainly worth the extra money and the view over the river is fabulous. We stayed during a particularly hot spell and although the fan provided was appreciated, I think that maybe an air conditioning unit would have been more beneficial as these room do get very hot. However, this wouldn't stop us visiting again and were already thinking about next year!
