Great stay!

Stayed here, based on maps that it would be walkable to concert venue. Was literally across the street to Von Braun Center (looked farther on map) Could have crawled there. We stay in a lot of Hamptons. This was the nicest (but priced as such as well). Room was huge. 4 of us and plenty of room to not feel crowded. Full breakfast with premade mini cheese omelets, meat and the usual hot hreakfast fare. Parking in garage next to hotel, no fee and was an easy garage to enter/exit and get to lobby from (and there is an easy drop off zone at lobby door). Had never been to downtown H’ville. This area seems super new/rebuilt. Had to walk a few blocks to find dining options. But area we were in seemed very safe. Nice open well-lit park area with pond short walk away. Nice for just about anyone.

Didn't have parking it's 15 dollars a day to use parking garage beside hotel. Other than that wonderful stay.

It's been a long time since I've experienced a stay away from home worth writing about, but the people definitely shined at the downtown Hampton Inn and Suites. Not only is the hotel relatively new and clean, the real five-stars are the staff. From Jamal at check-in to the breakfast coordinators and housekeeping staff, the welcome is genuine. The scenery and property was very nice. Bathroom could have been cleaned, new toilet paper stocked, shower cleaned, and trash emptied.

Our son lives in Huntsville not two blocks from the Hampton Inn; the hotel is a very convenient place to stay when we visit him. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed. Their complimentary breakfasts are above and beyond most offerings at hotels or motels. The location of the hotel in downtown Huntsville offers a very pleasant atmosphere, close to some excellent restaurants in the summer there are concerts in a nearby park. We enjoyed the music. It is pet friendly with a fee - but that fee is not as much as many hotels charge. The clerk even gave our dog a biscuit. She began to expect them as we entered and left the building. Great people. My only complaint is with the beds. I am a disabled veterans and firm mattresses can aggravate some old injuries. The mattresses here are extremely firm - even hard. A lot of folks like that - so... However, the mattresses don't outweigh the positive aspects of the hotel in my opinion. My wife and I will probably bring a pad or something to help us on our next trip - we need it for most hotels/motels these days. Be aware there is a $15 dollar a night parking fee above the cost of the room. We expect to be visiting Huntsville many times in the future and will probably stay here again.

A very nice place to stay. Located in downtown Huntsville close to restaurants, parks, and other points of interest. Very friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Beds a bit too firm, but that seems to be the standard in motels/hotels these days. Pet friendly with a fee. Parking $15 a night. We would stay there again.

This property is so convenient for shows at the Von Braun Center. The venue is literally across the street. The hotel parking is in the Arena's deck, but we found parking to be easy and convenient. The rooms were clean and the whole place smelled and looked brand new. Complimentary breakfast was good, and they have a nice sundries area for snacks. Overall great place to stay.

I was really happy with my stay. Check in was very easy. The woman at the front desk and the bartender were very friendly. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. The bathroom had nice amenities, including sulfate free and paraben free shampoo and conditioner! The room was also really spacious! The A/C was rather loud, and had a hard time keeping the room cold. I like my room at 68 degrees usually. Probably because it had been a hot day and the room was so big. That was really my only complaint.
