The staff was so nice and helpful. Everyone we met was friendly and the room in perfect condition.

It was noisy. Furnishings appeared to be from Ikea. Blow up beak leaked. Difficult to drive in/out.

Everything was fine. Busy location, comfortable beds. My problem was the bathroom. The walls are painted black. There was so much “stuff” on the wall next to the toilet. It was gross. They just need to make sure they wipe down those walls between every stay. Everything else was fine.

Be aware, if you are used to the standard ALoft normally has, this is NOT it. The highway noise is constant and very loud. The TV didn’t work, they came in and gave us a new remote but never followed up- we had to ask for the status update. So they gave us a drink voucher. In the last 15 minutes of check out, we found the remote shoved deep behind the headboard, that “fixed” TV. Disappointing stay and will not return.

We enjoyed the amenities and everyone was very nice! We were looking forward to enjoying the pool but there were a lot of people there, and it’s quite small. Also, housekeeping came in our room at 9. Please consider checking to see if someone has checked out before entering a room.

Great hotel. Quirky and eccentric decor. Room was spacious. No microwave and bed was a little firm but room was clean. Loved the big shower. Lobby was spacious with areas to just sit and talk. Pool table and board games were available. Pool area was nice. Gas fire pit and plenty of seating. The only negative is the landscaping was overgrown weeds. Which since im not camping i can overlook. Staff was great also.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly but we were there 3 nights and they didn’t clean our room. We asked for more towels and shower gel and coffee. Not much for breakfast.

My only negative is rather poor water pressure in the shower and lack of a true breakfast option.

I love the Aloft-Knoxville thr staff is incredibly professional and personable. Rooms are clean, service is excellent and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating!! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay !!!
