Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel.
Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated.
When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

Staff was not very friendly and we had 2 rooms. One of the rioms was supposed to have 3 single beds and it only had 2 . We requested we changed. They ignored us. The 3 single bed we wanted it was under Andrea Pereiras name

Surprisingly good hotel with a perfect location. The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The aircondition kept the room nice and cold. The swimmingpool on the roof is quite small, and the service was a bit slow, but other than that the stay exceeded our expectations.

Have stayed in other Mercure hotels and they’re much better than this one. But if you just need a place to stay for the night in Maceió, that’s your place. Bedrooms and bathrooms are ok.

The hotel is gorgeous and it's just across from Parajucara beach. We had an ocean facing room on the 9th floor. The room was gorgeous and modern. It even had an all glass shower that you could see from the bed area; not too private because you could also see the other person on the toilet, but fun none the less. The breakfast is $12 US and worth it, the dining area is beautiful and there was a good buffet selection. We ended up getting a second night here. I wish we could have stayed all week!! Next trip to Maceio we will definitely be staying here.

A great hotel, very clean and staff is very helpfull. We had ocean view from our room but the veiw from the roof top pool is amazing. Close to resteraunts and the market and right across from the best part of the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel not just for the price but for the location.

Almost brand new hotel .The staff sets this hotel apart. Very fluent in English . Great for first time Brasil travelers.

Hotel is still shining (started only months ago), staff well-trained and willing to help. Breakfast hasn't lots of options but everything you need for a good one is there. Also, if you are driving you can park your car just opposite the street, but this can be a problem if you try to find a spot during the day.
