The room was clean and confortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants and entertainment. Very nice breakfast buffet. Good value for the money. The elevators were kind of slow and there is no parking at the hotel, however we didn't have a problem finding parking on the street close by and there are several parking garages close by.

Don't book this property! It's located in a extremely noisy streeet with many restaurantns and bars and young people stay in that street street untill monring and the doors of balcony are not sound proof at all. I couldn't sleep at all in my room the whole night. When I asked reception staff to change the room, they said we are fully booked!!

Aircon problem and bed was great breakfast was okay but eggs run out 3 days continuously and when I asked then the said oh we are about to finish breakfast not good not many options for vegetarian

This hotel felt more like a hostel with so many students staying there. We only had breakfast, although a good choice, the hot food was at best luke warm.

A very modern hotel situated next to teenage night life (clubs, bars & restaurants). Only a short walk to the shopping mall, beach and casino. The service is very good and the people at the reception were very helpful and same was housekeeping. Nevertheless family rooms do not have a balcony, which makes it very inconvenient when you need to dry a swimming suits or a towel. Furthermore, there is a bar and swimming pool on the 10th floor which anybody (residents & non-residents) can use. So there was a big waiting time when using the elevator.

Cannot praise the service desk staff enough they went out of their way to help me from day one. Breakfast is varied and self service but with plenty of staff around if needed. If i have to throw in a few negatives...the decor may not be to everyones taste and economy rooms a challenge if you are claustrophobic.

There were some snagging issues in my room (electrical sockets painted over so switches don't work) but nothing that took away from the experience. The Hot tub was clean and maintained well. Facilities are really good. The Alu lounge hadn't opened yet but I believe that will be amazing when I come back to IKYK in October
