Very basic and old but thought it was clean too, until several baby roaches were running about behind the fridge and microwave. Moved too fast to take pic. Im sure the few I saw were not the only ones!

My family and I spent a comfortable two nights in a two bedroom apartment. It was comfortable and clean the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The location was jn close proximity to most areas of interest.

A good central location for a quick overnight stay. No frills motel room was all we needed for the night. :)

Found the shower area dirty around the door area with mould and calcium buildup….. carpet upstairs was lifted in areas and formed a trip area near the bed and door area…

The room was spacious, neat & clean & the reception staff were lovely. Unfortunately the room we had was right at the front of the inn on the main road & the traffic noise was quite bad till very late. But, it needn’t have mattered as the aircon was the noisiest I have ever heard & woke me up repeatedly, keeping me awake thoughout the night. As it was August, we really needed to leave it on & which, really shouldn’t have been a problem, I got 2 hours sleep, which before an early start for a long drive the next day, was less than ideal.

Was one of the best places that I've stayed in Toowoomba.. when o checked in the lovely lady upgraded my room to an apartment with a spa bath,little did she know how much my body needed that bath!! Amazing customer service and amazing comfortable roomy apartment..

A great comfortable stay, room was amazing. I had an ongoing medical condition that suddenly became an emergency and I needed hospitalisation, Tamara was very accommodating and understanding, definitely would stay again and recommend.

We went down to Toowoomba for a family holiday and stayed at the highlander hotel the staff were lovely. They always had a smile always keen to help you if you needed it very friendly to talk too. The room was amazing very clean and tidy perfect size for a couple or a small family. The patio was private and out of view of the street which was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights
