Overall it was very pleasant though even though the apartments were only built in the early 2000s, they had no USB ports and definitely far too few powerpoints. Even to manage their own room devices they required a powerboard and guests had no place to charge phones or plug in computers. I have already reported to apartment management how dirty the room carpet was. Our clean feet picked up so much dust from the carpet that we made 'mud pies' in the shower as soon as we wet our feet.

The property was ok, but very noisy at night. Could hear the people walking on the floor above and all doors, cupboards and drawers opening and closing. The room was fairly clean but the carpets were filthy (long black hair everywhere) and a few holes in the walls. We booked with wotif.com and were supposed to be in an executive apartment with a kitchen. However on arrival we were put in a suit. The hotel said this was what we booked for. I had proof of confirmation emails that showed it was for an executive apartment. But the hotel couldn’t put us in another room and wotif refused to take any responsibility for the error.

Fantastic appartment, well furnished with everything required for a great stay. Family enjoyed it very much. We will return again for a longer stay.

It was very good except I had to phone them after we had returned home because they had overcharged us according to the price paid through Hotels.com. When I queried the amount which had been put on our Visa account they mistakenly thought we had requested linen for an extra bed. They said they would refund the extra charge apart from a credit fee incurred which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com booking site.
