For what I paid, the place achieved expectations with regards to condition: perhaps a lick of paint here and there are all that are needed, and some components were distinctly worn. However what exceeded expectations fell into two categories: location and accommodation. I was steps from the piers in the south of Lake George, and restaurants were still within comfortable walking distance even if most were closed for the season. Second, I requested to stay parked in the lot after checkout to go for a run. They were more than welcoming for this! I enjoyed my time. If I had to choose something I wish to be better, it would be easier access to hot coffee rather than to get to the lobby.

The place is fine but is motel. Very well located near everything. Easy parking. Oddly there was no phone to call front desk in the room.

Nothing negative to say about it Some upgrading in the room would be nice but everything was functional with the exception of the small fridge. The small fridge did not cool anything even though it was humming all the time Good stop for a few nights, located at walking distance to great breakfast restaurants and other night time activities

The photos of the rooms make them seem a bit larger than they are. Granted these rooms are for people staying on the strip in Lake George, so you're likely just crashing there to sleep. Shower and bathroom were clean. Large fridge and a decent TV. Extra sheets in the drawers and close by to lots of food options. Quiet for being on the main drag!

Stayed one night here prior to the start of a 3-day traditional walking pilgrimage from the Lake of the Blessed Sacrament to the shrine of the North American Martyrs in Auriesville. (pilgrimage-for-restoration). Other than the room being very tiny (just enough space to walk around the bed), it was comfortable and clean and price was right for late September. Just what we needed! And we did include prayers for the manager's private request during our time walking and praying :)

Too many issues with room we were in. Went to the main desk once we noticed the issues and the manager just said ok. Burn stains on the main blanket, bathtub didn’t drain on its own, flooring had gaps in it, light switch in the bathroom coming out of the wall

This was a motel room, with old floor and a lot of dust everywhere on tables, lamps, clocks, shelves. The toilet seat was dirty, I had to clean it to sit on it. Parts of the wall are falling because of the high humidity. I used the heat to fight humidity in the room. The bathroom tub knob is broken. There inwas dust also on the shelves where they put clean towels.

Hotel was clean. Small rooms but good for the price.

Great location in Lake George. Walking around the Village is very doable. Hotel was clean. Would recommend, price was very reasonable. We were there after labor day so not many places open. Definitely recommend if you going before the off season, but very quiet and enjoyable. Would go back to this location.

Great location near all the stores and restaurants south of the lake. The hotel itself is not great, but it is standard for the area.

Really loved the comfortable bed and the freezing AC. Although the shower was not updated and pressure was not great, it was a better stay than across the street at the Fort William Henry,(hot and not comfortable beds). I was there for a wedding and to save money stayed here for the night of the rehearsal. Will most likely be coming back again!

It is close to a lot of things to do in walking distance. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful
