For the price we paid, it was worth it. I liked the bunk beds for our kids as they always fight if they sleep in the same bed. We were walking distance to everything. The room was comfortable, running the AC we didn’t hear any outside noise and it was a busy Saturday night. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it seemed nice enough. Don’t expect it to be a Hampton inn cause that’s not what they advertise. It’s your average beach motel. I would consider staying here again.

The pool area is great clean and comfortable.

The man that takes care of the property does a great job. Cleans all the trash , cigarette butts , pool area & grills. He takes pride in it.

We had a room that had a nice view of the boats behind us in the marsh, the room had a queen, twin cot (which was very comfortable) and a separate bedroom with another queen (maybe a full). We also had a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave which was perfect. Plenty of necessary stores, restaurants, & bars close to us. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating to us!! This location also has a late night pool with a grill AND JACUZZI!! We will definitely be back for a fun stay at hampton.

We stayed in room 309. The beds were terrible. They are hard with little to no cushion. The sheets are paper thin and not enough for two people to share. The fridge is super small. Don’t bring back any restaurant leftovers. The toilet flush lever has to be held down to get a good flush. The shower water could not be completely shut off. The ac is great. The pool was nice and my kids loved the hot tub. However the whole reason for a beach stay is a good sleep after a long hot day on the beach. Comfortable matresses are a must. I would recommend bringing your own sheets and towels. The shower towels supplied are kid sized. We left Saturday night as none of us slept the night before.

Only two issues - no shelves or hooks at all in the closet area. Just one towel rack in the bathroom - nothing else available. Also - air conditioner was just too loud to keep running overnight, and the window doesn't open - so if we were staying longer than one night, this could have been a problem.

I didnt like that check out was at 10 but for an extra 20 bucks she let us stay until 12. For a smaller motel it was actually really decent.

Bathroom toilet was unusable would not flush...was serviced still not working husband spent over an hr plunging finally was able to unplug...when confronted and was asked for other accommodation none was available had to use center facility
