Excellent place. Bonus that it is close to Randy’s Donuts! Good place to run as well—especially if you want a good hill workout. I’ll definitely stay again! Keep up the wonderful work.

Stayed with kids no pool but did have an outdoor area with games. The room and hotel were clean. My snout 15-20 mins away from universal. Around the hotel there wasn’t much food places to eat. You do need to pay for parking and deposit is $200. There was dinning available in the hotel but didn’t try it. I would stay here again

Amazing hotel with comfy, dark rooms! This was a clean and comfortable hotel. They even offered corn hole and an outdoor fire pit for the evenings. The room had a fridge and all the things you need.

We loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, parking was convenient and the hotel room itself was really nice. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area would definitely recommend for couples solo travelers or business trips. Not sure about families, but the hotel is super nice. Great value also.

Great hotel

Very near the airport which is very convenient. The hotel has a clean modern feel and staff was very friendly.

Property is very clean and accommodations were comfortable, but the staff interaction was poor, specifically referring to the overnight manager with curly hair and piercings (Don’t remember her name) Our room was not serviced 2/3 nights we were there, and whenever we mentioned it, we were met with indifference. Dealing with a nonchalant attitude after a long day of travel with a toddler is not only irritating, but completely unprofessional. As a hospitality professional myself, I could not believe the lack of consistency and consideration, as it takes very little to be kind.

It’s a brand new property everything works fine and easy parking

The hotel was easy to find, the staff was very welcoming and the room was super comfortable. Loved this place so much, leaved about it that my work is planning on having our company Christmas party here

Very cold AC (perfect!), comfortable beds, modern clean room. Spacious. Staff accommodating and let me change rooms when I didn’t want to face the patio by the bar. There were some parties in rooms you could hear walking past, but I requested a room away from those. Close to shopping, train, airport.

John at the front desk was amazing he helped things out for me during my stay.

Clean, safe and convenient location

The lobby staff was great! Specifically Andrea, who gave us excellent service during breakfast, both days of our stay.

Stayed here during home renovation. It was absolutely wonderful! Clean room, the staff was exceptionally helpful and answered all our questions, and the gym was a nice size. Good breakfast. We barely heard the planes going in and out of the Burbank Airport or the Metrolink. Highly recommend!!!!
