Wanted to charge for my service animal

We had a horrible experience...didnt sleep after 3 am...we had a guy banging on our door and window and trying to open the door...my husband got up and through the window kept telling him to go away...but he was very insistent in wanting to come in...he kicked the door a couple of times...i called front desk and they came out to talk to him and ask him to leave supposedly...pd was never called

Upon arrival I provided my ID as the check in staff requested as I had booked and paid online. I provided my Mexican ID (I have dual residencies/ citizenship) and when he saw that he began to question me about if I had a visa to legally be in the US, which is absolutely none of his business! I found this even more unacceptable as he did not ask the same questions of my male friend who I was travelling with but had different rooms, vehicles and reservations. This man was asking questions that were none of his business nor had anything to do with a room reservation. I will never recommend that anyone stays here and will be reporting his behaviour to the proper authorities, perhaps they can advise him that questioning a paying guest about their legal presence in the country is completely unacceptable and none of his damn business. As for the rooms, they were basic at best and very dated. Not impressed at all with the whole experience.

The guy at the counter was very unprofessional. Made me feel really uncomfortable asking personal questions. Will not be returning and would NOT recommend anyone stay here.the rooms are small and found a small German cockroach running around.

The property it’s not like the pictures posted online there was mattresses outside the hotel made me wonder If they had a bedbug issue ended up staying at a different location

Looks like they recently remodeled. Floor, shower, bed, fresh paint. Everything looked clean and brand new.

Even though the place was old and unappealing from the outside the room and bathroom were clean. They should drop the kitchenette because is not not one. Having a small fridge and microwave on top of it does not comply as a kitchenette

Collapsing shower floor, poor drainage, flaking paint, wall air unit controls broken, general lack of proper maintenance. Spend a few $ more for a well maintained room elsewhere.

We stayed 115. The room was cleaner than any room we have stayed in at eagle pass. The older gentleman was very friendly and nice. I highly recommend.

Collapsing shower floor, poor drainage, flaking paint, wall air unit controls broken, general lack of proper maintenance. Spend a few $ more for a well maintained room elsewhere.
