Very lovely hotel, impressed with the communal spaces and amazed to even have a high quality gym room. The breakfast room is lovely and particularly nice experience being greeted and served by a very friendly team member. The only negative I would say, although the room is very nicely decorated the bathroom detailing could be improved …. Round the shower, floor tile grout etc needs refreshing. The heated towel rail was going rusty .

Very good B&B. Some rooms on the small side but furnished to a good quality. Excellent breakfast and also a good local cafe based to the rear.

A beautiful clean little property with a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast, couldn’t ask for more for a one night stay. Nice quiet area too.

The B&B had a nice atmosphere, checking in and out was easy. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and it had all the facilities expected, iron and ironing board , tea and coffee, very nice shampoo and body wash and moisturiser . My only niggle and this wouldn’t apply to everyone was that the hairdryer cable was too short to enable the use of the mirror-making being able to see the mirror when styling hair impossible. Although there were a lot a people in the premises it was really quiet and the large airy dining room meant breakfast was a pleasant affair. I would happily stay there again. .

We loved our stay at the Emsworth B & B hotel. Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff and my room was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Swapped to a downstairs room on arrival , without me having to ask, because i was on crutches. Was allowed early access to room, again without asking, due to difficult situation i was in. All staff very polite and friendly. Breakfast was really good too. Place has changed since i was last there but still a wonderful place to stay.

Location is great for me to visit my grandchildren. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice rooms and en-suites. Comfy bed and pillows.

Staff and Property was excellent, super friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Only issue was that when we looked up and booked our establishment and room choice, on Expedia’s website, we were offer a buffet Dinner and breakfast on the checkout day. So when we arrived and checked in at reception, we were informed that they do not provide and sort of dinner at all at there establishment. So spent 30 minutes on your virtual chat line talking to an agent, asking why we were mis-sold this half board reservation, only for you to admit that there was an error on your behalf, yet offer no form of compensation, as we then had to go out and get dinner elsewhere, at an additional cost to us ?, After more research the booking didn’t match the e-mail that you sent me as confirmation of our booking. Under the consumer protection regulations, the description on your email confirmation was misleading and due to this review provided, I feel that a contributing refund should be given towards our dinner expenses. Hotel reception were fantastic, and provided us with a free drink as they felt bad, and will be contacting you as well as this was really misleading ?, Awaiting your response ?
