When I first saw the review pictures, the room looked perfect , very clean. However, when I headed to the actual room, it was disgusting. Just by the smell you could tell everything about it was wrong. I didn't need to further investigate to figure out I needed to get out of that place asap! Never coming here again!

Air condition wasn't blowing quite that good and it was not getting cold the room was hot they moved us to a another room it was also not blowing and but it was getting cold just a little bit but it was better than the first room

This property needs a lot of work. Everything needs to be updated the rooms look like they are from the 80’s. They are very nice size rooms and comfortable but definitely an up date would make it so much better. The pool are is really nice.

The hotel was minutes from the Amplitheater..loved our suite and pucnic table near the pond...will definitely use them again

The guests service is amazing. Rooms are always clean.

Good Hotel to stay for one night

I have never reviewed any hotel but this one I had to. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I travel a lot and I have never seen such a terrible, disgusting hotel like this one. Mold everywhere, the smell in the room its horrrible, everything is falling apart and dirty. Just disgusting.

Very old and smelly hotel. Curtains smell of mold. Photos are misleading and do not match the rooms. Avoid.

Nice hotel and stay here for a week because my wife is a traveling registered nurse in the ER that she is working out for the next six months. The staff here are very nice however they would not accommodate us in a free room for the night due to their AC unit unit unit unit unit breaking and us having to stay in a hot room for three days. They moved us to another room and we weren’t cop or giving her money back for that day However, five other people two free nights the week after us when their AC broke and flooded. And then another gentleman in front of me while I was waiting to pay for another night needed to cancel because expedia.com messed up his reservations just like they messed up. And HOTEL instantly gave him his money back and then him a free night still have not received our money back from expedia.com and now I’m being told thanks expedia.com give the money to the hotel and the hotel to give it back to the customer. I don’t know what I want my money back.

Great hotel for a budget stay! Simple and fairly clean (corners could use attention), but overall had a great experience!

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We had been told over the phone that we could get an early check in. When we arrived at the hotel the same day, we were told that our room was not ready. We told the front desk clerk what we had been told over the phone that morning, and she looked through all the rooms in the hotel and switched us to the only room that was ready. Very happy with the service and the pleasant staff! The room was clean and spacious and we loved the pool! Great value!

I've stayed here more than "several times" it was never great but they seemed to be always getting a bit better. The rooms painted, housekeeping attentive. The last two times - not so great. Last time no internet the whole time. You are forced to watch direct tv with no local options of networks CBS, NBC etc. I usually have Netflix etc. through the internet. Not that time. Biggest problem is that no one answers the phone at the front desk. It ALWAYS goes to voicemail. Leave a message, no one calls back. I did however reach them thru email this time, I needed towels and some other items they emailed they would let housekeeping know but five hours later I was still waiting so I drove to the front desk to get them. The woman at the desk was very polite. apologetic and helpful. I just wish everyone would try to go the extra mile. From front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. When I say I've been several times why not once a welcome back? Why are there some dishes but not full sets of anything? You can buy this stuff for next to nothing - I'm not sure having one dinner plate, no spoons and five odd size glasses (no coffee mugs) is the way to go. If we are supposed to furnish our own dishware put it on your website. I've noticed a huge price difference over the past years - it's almost double what it was and nothing has changed. Kudos to the people that always help me confirm my ground floor Suite.

Stay was awesome. However, we were woken up very early by cleaning staff beginning their daily room cleanings outside laughing and what not. But stay was nice.

Check in was quick, easy and professional. Room was very clean and spacious. Large property with a beautiful lake and large swimming pool. Close to restaurants. Wanted to stay longer! Looking forward to going back
