Overall a great stay - i had some guests on my floor screaming at 3:30-4am not sure what they s wringbwith people? No self awareness whatsoever.

We booked for our daughter’s graduation from UC Davis. The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and worked great for my family. We booked several rooms for the entire family. The setup in the rooms allowed us to hang together with the couch and TV in the bigger rooms. Not too far from UC Davis.

They only had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, fruit loops and cereal, apples/bananas and waffles. They also had yogurts and the usual coffee and juice drinks. Plus I had to pay $10 for parking each day.

Great! Basically this is a like a new brand hotel, everything is nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. The pool is really small. The charge $10 for parking per night. However..we really enjoyed our time here.

I love to stay at this hotel when i visit UC DAVIS but i am disappointed they are now charging for parking.

We stayed here because it said exceptional service, however it was about a 5 out of 10, the pool was really small, they charge $10 a day for parking and the staff wasn’t to friendly or welcoming they were on their phones and acted as if we were and inconvenience to them. Will definitely not be back to stay there.

When checking-in there was a sign next to the counter detailing an additional $10 nightly parking charge that Expedia didn't show (but was apparently on the hotels own website). It's not like the parking lot could be used for other events and they needed to deter non-residents, and anyone staying very likely drove. So why not just increase the room rate by $10 so I can make an informed price comparison when shopping for a room? The receptionist did comp me one night of parking when I asked for the charge to be waived. Otherwise a very clean room, friendly staff, and near to dining and shopping. I would stay again if back in the area.

Hotel is secure and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast included with variety of choices and drinks. Parking was $10. Energy efficient hotel. Restful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, quite, and a very nice and helpful staff. The one thing we were not comfortable with was the fact that we had to pay $10 a day for parking as a guest, this was info that we should have been informed of before booking our reservation.

It was a nice clean hotel but beds not that great. And have to pay for parking. Other than that it’s clean and lots of stores around it.
